By agreeing to work with me, you are agreeing to the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully.

✦ Payment ✦

  • •All prices are subject to change depending on complexity or details.
  • •Payment must be made in advance (a payment plan can be arranged if necessary).
  • •I accept payments only in Euros (€) via SumUp, Square, Paypal or Bizum.

✦ Commissions ✦

  • •All assignments include in-process reviews. The client must approve the progress to proceed to the next stage. Changes not previously agreed upon (e.g. changing a pose after the commission is completed) will incur an additional cost.
  • •I don't share editable files (.PSD), only the final illustration in .PNG format.
  • •I don't accept commissions with content that implies hate, discrimination, pedophilia, zoophilia...

✦ Use of references ✦

  • •I do not work from text descriptions only, unless you commissioned a character design work.
  • •I DO NOT WORK WITH AI GENERATED REFERENCES.

✦ Deadlines ✦

  • •Estimated work time is 1 to 2 months for regular orders and 2 to 3 months for acrylic orders. If there are delays due to personal reasons, I will notify you.
  • •If you need the order or commission to be ready by a specific date, let me know at the beginning.

✦ Physical shipments ✦

  • •Physical products (badges, keychains, standees...) include standard international shipping.
  • •I am not responsible for any loss or damage once the order has been shipped.
  • •I offer the option of certified shipping with tracking number for an additional cost.

✦ Refunds ✦

  • •No refunds regardless of the type of order. If it is a partial payment order, the process will be suspended without delivery of the final file.
  • •I am not responsible for the misuse of physical products.

✦ Rights of use and authorship ✦

  • •You may not reproduce, re-sell or use my works for commercial purposes without my permission.
  • •It is not allowed to trace my illustrations, even if you have commissioned them. I keep the original files for possible future changes.
  • •I own all copyrights to all my pieces.
  • •I retain the right to use commissions as samples of my work or self-promotion. If you prefer that I do not share your commission, let me know.
  • •I absolutely forbid the use of my illustrations to train any generative AI.
