3. Commission Terms

All commission work is subject to our Terms of Service. By placing an order, you agree to these terms. Payment is required upfront unless otherwise agreed upon in writing.

Turnaround times are estimates and may vary based on complexity and current workload. Communication regarding your commission will be maintained throughout the process.

4. Refund Policy

Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis. Generally, refunds are available before work has begun. Once work has started, partial refunds may be issued depending on the progress made.

Physical products (acrylic commissions) are made to order and cannot be refunded once production has started, except in cases of manufacturing defects.

5. Use of Artwork

Commissioned artwork is for personal use only unless commercial rights are explicitly purchased. The artist retains the right to display commissioned work in portfolios and promotional materials unless a Non-Disclosure Agreement is requested and agreed upon.

6. Limitation of Liability

Spikhyenna shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of the website or services.

7. Governing Law

These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Spain. Any disputes arising under these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Spain.
